The original electronic score to the acclaimed Fringe show In Addition from Orange Skies Theatre, this album is the culmination of over a year of collaboration between composer/producer Christopher Bingham and director Daisy Minto. In that time the show's script and movement were developed in parallel with its soundscape.

S.P.I.K.E.S. features all the music from the show with a few tracks extended for the commercial release. Its entirely electronic workflow ties into a major theme throughout the show- how technology and digital communications intrude on our lives (and our dreams). Throughout the album the human relationship of protagonists Sheyna and Ben is represented using uncanny, fragile, cello motifs while the stresses and distractions of their lives swell as harsh synthesisers and electronic percussion.
